Sean has 20+ years of experience in management — with more than 10 years right here at Schroeder Measurement Technologies Inc. (SMT). During his tenure at SMT, Sean has been actively involved in many aspects of the testing process, from test development and exam administration to accreditation and implementation of the strategic plan.
In addition to daily oversight of the SMT/IQT staff, direct supervision of contracts and contract compliance, and management of the continued growth of SMT, Sean monitors quality assurance processes, investigates and resolves any security issues, and implements solutions for ongoing network quality improvements.
