Credentialing Management
SMT offers a wide range of specialty services related to credentialing support. From strategic planning to marketing and communications, our staff are veterans of the testing industry and have the experience to advise you on virtually any aspect of certification and licensure.
Many organizations are working towards a goal of accreditation. SMT works closely with association staff and leadership to prepare and file documentation for National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accreditation applications. Our accreditation support services can range from providing appropriate statistical information to complete application development. We have helped many organizations attain NCCA and/or ANSI accreditation.
Over the years our clients have commissioned us to provide a variety of services including:
- Annual dues collection
- Design, printing and distribution of certificates and wallet credentials
- Managing the member database and re-certification of members
- Administering ongoing continuing education programs, including generating and distributing transcripts
- Processing organization expenses and maintaining appropriate records
